VHC in cooperation with Vermont ANR are on the final leg of a many years long journey to identify, test, and map equestrian trails in Willoughby State Forest. Jim Nickerson (former VHC board member) and Lisa LaFont (current VHC board member) have completed the public comment presentation documents and we are now waiting on that important date to be scheduled (hopefully September/October 2023 timeframe).
