Comment Period for Willoughby State Forest Management Plan which expands equestrian trails in the forest closes on May 31st, 2024.
The public meeting held on April 30 at the Sutton Elementary School was well attended. Luke O’Brien, Outdoor Recreational Specialist, District 5, gave a presentation which included maps of the pending trail changes. The recording of the meeting will be available on the Vermont ANR website.
