The Goshen Dam trail system is in the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area, within the Green Mountain National Forest, southeast of Middlebury, Vermont. The trails are varied and include woods trails, old carriage roads, and gravel roads. This is a fairly rugged area: some trails are rocky and there can be significant elevation gain. The Silver Lake trails connect to the Goshen Dam area trails, to the east.
