Equestrian Trails – Public Meeting Willoughby State Forest

The Vermont Horse Council (VHC), in coordination with Vermont Department of Forests, Parks and Recreation (VT FPR), is seeking public comment on a proposed amendment of the Willoughby State Forest long-range management plan to allow for expanded equestrian parking and access to durable natural surface woods roads and trails.
